Sr. Executive – IT Operations
Job Description
- Support business operations seamlessly with minimum downtime of hardware & network
- Provide IT support for on time delivery of new and refurb stores
- Ensure store POS Application Server performance 24*7 including hardware maintenance, OS & software updation, database backup
- Keep minimum downtime of Network & MPLS connectivity; provide software support as per store requirement
- Keep uptime on all customer touch points like POS, Printers, KDS, DMB and Cash Tills
- IT asset inventory management, asset replacement, network and infra management including MPLS
Ideal candidate should possess:
- Computer Hardware / Network Diploma or equivalent
- At least 4 to 5 Years’ experience in Computer Hardware Support
- Candidate is expected to be on field, supporting all Hardware / Network & Application related issues at our stores
- Should be able to support the stores remotely as well
