Organizational Effectiveness Executive

We are looking for a passionate, creative, collaborative, and solutions-oriented teammate to join our Corporate HR team. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Capability building initiatives for Field & Corporate functions

• Anchor the Employee Engagement agenda across the organization. Co-ordinate with external partners in running OHS / Pulse surveys for the organization.

• Drive the company values & culture related programs

• Responsible for D&I initiatives in partnership with the Line / Business HR

• Manage the Company’s Health & Wellness initiative

• Understand, Analyse and present related data to multiple stakeholders

• Partner with the business to understand current needs related to training and development.

You have:

• Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple projects at once

• Strong data analysis skills including Microsoft Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to connect with employees at all levels

• A passionate, creative, collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset

• Analytical skills with high attention to detail

• MBA in HR preferred

• 6+ years of experience in OD / Talent Management / OE roles
