Responsibilities
- Achieving business objectives of sales topline by providing leadership for assigned market, by closely monitoring and building on all sales channels
- Working with cross functional departments to ensure smooth function of the restaurants and that business objectives are met.
- Maintaining the bottomline at the optimum level through continuous process improvements and disciplined adherence to processes
- Being responsible for the overall P&L and profitability of the Pizza Hut stores in Gujarat region
- Ensuring all Operational KPIs are maintained.
- Provides leadership for responses to in-store emergencies or crises.
- Maintaining focus on New store plans; ensuring smooth opening and profitability of these stores
- Work with Training and HR to ensure optimum bench and people pipeline for the market
- Guide the Ops, HR, training teams towards increased retention at manager and team member level
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years as a market lead in the QSR industry.
- Educational Qualification - MBA
- Willing to travel to multi cities/geographies; should be able to travel extensively.
- Takes initiative, is passionate & displays a High-Energy Attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethics, self-sufficient & highly organized.
- Open to feedback and to self-improvement
- Holds oneself self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet the needs of the business is a must.
- Experience demonstrating problem-solving, time management and critical thinking skills.
