Responsibilities

  • Achieving business objectives of sales topline by providing leadership for assigned market, by closely monitoring and building on all sales channels
  • Working with cross functional departments to ensure smooth function of the restaurants and that business objectives are met.
  • Maintaining the bottomline at the optimum level through continuous process improvements and disciplined adherence to processes
  • Being responsible for the overall P&L and profitability of the Pizza Hut stores in Gujarat region
  • Ensuring all Operational KPIs are maintained.
  • Provides leadership for responses to in-store emergencies or crises.
  • Maintaining focus on New store plans; ensuring smooth opening and profitability of these stores
  • Work with Training and HR to ensure optimum bench and people pipeline for the market
  • Guide the Ops, HR, training teams towards increased retention at manager and team member level


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years as a market lead in the QSR industry.
  • Educational Qualification - MBA
  • Willing to travel to multi cities/geographies; should be able to travel extensively.
  • Takes initiative, is passionate & displays a High-Energy Attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethics, self-sufficient & highly organized.
  • Open to feedback and to self-improvement
  • Holds oneself self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet the needs of the business is a must.
  • Experience demonstrating problem-solving, time management and critical thinking skills.
