Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and resolving technical issues related to LS Retail POS NAV and integrations with other systems and Payment wallets
  • Develop and customize the application functionalities and reports as per business requirements with writing code in C/AL programming
  • Will be responsible for managing the technical environment of LSR POS and MS Dynamics NAV
  • Have a good knowledge about NAV functional processes, Business Central & D365
  • Knowledge in SQL Database is a must
  • Should be able to create store procedures
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of LS Retail related change and menu management
  • Monitoring of data Synch, posting jobs and Integration points related to SAP and other interfaces
  • Helping in reconciliation of data to Operation and Finance team
  • Store and Online menu management
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.


Overall Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in LS NAV, Business Central & SQL
  • B.E. / B.Tech / MCA Degree or related experience in a technical field required.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter & a willingness to learn/expand/upskill existing knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills with working in teams.
  • Good at Multi-tasking and coordination
  • Attention to detail.
  • QSR/Retail domain experience will be preferred.
